A group of around 50 juveniles from Navan AC made the trip to Abbotstown on Friday night for a training session at the National Indoor Arena. It was a great and enjoyable experience for our juvenile members and coaches to have a training session at such a state of the art facility.
The Meath Local Sports Partnership in association with Navan AC are running their Learn to Run / Couch to 5k training programme again this year.
Starting Monday 4th March at 7pm in Claremont Stadium, this 8 week programme aims to get beginners from 0 to 5k.
No running experience or fitness level required. Just a pair of runners needed!

Well done to each of our juveniles who competed in the Leinster Juvenile Indoor championships in Athlone over the weekend.
The experience gained at these competitions will stand to them going forward.
We had medal winners, finalists, PB’s, and 100% effort from everyone!
Best wishes to club member Nichola Duffy who has been nominated in the outstanding achievement category for the Meath Sports Awards which take place next Friday 18th January. Nichola was nominated in recognition of her victory in the Connemara 100 Mile road race.
