There was a record turnout from our seniors on Day 1 of the Meath Cross Country Championships in Athboy on Sunday with 5 ladies and 8 men competing in the combined novice and u18 races. Despite no medals being won there were great performances by all with many taking part in their first cross country race.
Well done to all of our representatives at the Rathkenny AC 5k last Friday where our ladies took home first prize.
